Dogs… For now

      While I do like both dogs and cats, right now I only have a dog. He doesn’t like cats, so we definitely won’t be getting a cat while we have him.

       Now my dog is a rat terrier, chihuahua mix. He was adopted after being in and out of the shelter. With being in and out of the shelter before joining my family, he has trust issues. He has a hard time trusting men, children make him nervous and just about everything will make him anxious. Now, you may wonder why I would want to keep him and deal with all of his issues. Well. I don’t want to give up on him like others have in his past. He may have his issues but, he is also a very sweet, compassionate dog. He came with some baggage but, everyone does.

       He is my buddy and I will choose him every day.
